People have been puzzling for a couple of days now over Sarah Palin‘s farewell address as governor of Alaska. The main questions have been 1. What in God’s name was she trying to say? and 2. Where can we get what ever medication it is she’s on?

Conan O’Brien has come up with the answer to #1 — she was trying to express poetry, which becomes crystal clear in this clip in which William Shatner performs her words verbatim on O’Brien’s Tonight Show. Shatner also diminishes our interest in question #2 by distracting us into wondering, well, where can we get some of what he’s on?
